Crazy Times

14 - 18 March
Sydney Opera House

A Sydney Dance Company and Co3 Australia production

Does anybody know what the children of today will be doing tomorrow?

In a first for Sydney Dance Company, and in collaboration with Co3 Australia, Antony Hamilton’s Crazy Times takes primary school audiences on a lo-fi, surrealist, action adventure, driven by the pulse of high-energy and mind-bending dance moves. Choreographed and created for primary audiences, Crazy Times is a fascinating exploration of the fast changing world we are born into today, and the unknown world we will face in the future. Join four dancers as they embark on a dreamlike journey through a world where things are not always as they seem.

Premiering at the Sydney Opera House on 14 March, this production will be specifically for primary audiences in Grades 3-6 and will be accompanied by curriculum-linked learning resources.

Through the generous support of the Fondation d’entreprise Hermès, this production is also available for in-school performances in Western Sydney from 20 March to 7 April.

Please email to enquire about subsidised performances.

This project is supported by Fondation d’entreprise Hermès and has been assisted by the Australian Government through the Australia Council for the Arts, its arts funding and advisory body.
